SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY

DEMILAMARIE ships orders via USPS (Domestic, after the 14-28 business days processing time. Expedited service available, please DM @DEMILAMARIE on Instagram for details. Domestic shipping within the United States costs $10.00 and is delivered within 2-5 business days after shipment. Shipping confirmation and tracking information is available via email as soon as your order ships. With the use of the tracking number provided, a package can be tracked on USPS website.All shipping charges are non-refundable as it is a carrier charge.

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

Construction begins immediately after purchase – hence we cannot offer refunds or cancellations. This applies to all orders immediately after purchase. Please note: For styles not displayed, and colors selected from the color chart on our website which are created specifically to order, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds. Original shipping fees are also non-refundable and hence not included as part of the store credit. Please note: construction time for a size adjustment can take 14-21 business days.
