Our bridal and maternity robes are available in a wide range of sizes, typically from XS to 4XL, to ensure that every customer can find the perfect fit. Most of our item are custom made upon order, so if you are unsure of your size, we recommend taking your measurements with a measurement tape and sending it to us via email or the chat button.
2. How do I determine my size for a bridal or maternity robe/dresses?
We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hip circumference, and height to determine the best fit. You can also consult our size guide for specific measurements for each size. If you're unsure, our customer service team is happy to assist you with sizing questions.
Embellished Maternity Dresses?
Our best recommendation is to measure your bust, waist, and hip circumference. Please use the size chart to trend your size, if you are confused or have any questions, please chat with us or email us. Most of our dresses can be customized to a larger size but a select few can only be made in staple sizes.
3. What fabrics are your bridal and maternity robes/dresses made from?
Our robes are crafted from high-quality, soft fabrics like tulle, organza, satin, silk, cotton, and jersey, chosen for their comfort and durability. Each robe is designed to provide a luxurious feel while being breathable for both bridal and maternity wear.
Embellished Maternity Dresses?
Most of our embellished maternity dresses are made from stretchy mesh fabric and rhinestones, the pearls are rhinestones are adhered and hand placed not sewn to the mesh fabric to avoid tearing. The mesh fabric is what gives the dresses the curvy definition and helps it look fit.
4. Can I customize my bridal robe (e.g., add initials or lace details)?
Yes, we offer customization options such as adding initials, embroidery, lace trims, and more. Please visit the inquiry (customization) section on our website or contact our customer support team for more details on how to personalize your robes.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard shipping takes between 3 to 7 business days for items that are ready to ship, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are not feasible for robes that still needs to be made or produced so please plan accordingly and order on time to ensure quick delivery. For custom orders, please allow an additional 15-20 business days for processing before shipping.
Embellished Maternity dress;
Please try to order your embellished maternity dress at least 5 weeks before your baby shower/event or maternity photo. Our production partner do not offer rush opportunities for custom sizes or custom order so please plan accordingly. We will try our best to ship the dress to you on time.
6. What is your return and exchange policy?
We do not offer a return or refund on our dresses and robes due to the sensitive nature of the fabric. We can offer size exchange for all unworn, unwashed, and undamaged robes and dress. Items must be returned with their original packaging and tags. Personalized items, such as those with custom embroidery, are non-returnable so please ensure correct spelling and accurate information is provided.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our website or directly through the carrier's site.
8. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for a small additional fee. You can select this option during checkout to have your bridal or maternity robe beautifully wrapped for gifting.

To keep your robe and dresses looking its best, we recommend hand washing and air drying. For most robes, hand washing in cold water is advised. Hang to dry or lay flat to maintain the fabric's integrity.
