Return/Refund Policy for Bridal Robes, Maternity Dresses, and Maternity Robes
At Demilamarie, we strive to provide the highest quality products and the best customer experience possible. We understand that sometimes a product may not be as expected, and we're here to help you through the exchange or refund process. Please review our policy below for all bridal robes, maternity dresses, and maternity robes.
1. Eligibility for Return/Refund
We are happy to accept return and issue refunds under the following conditions:
- Bridal Robes & Dresses: Non-customized or personalized robes and dresses returnable within 5 days from the date of delivery
- Maternity Dresses & Maternity Robes: Non-customized or personalized Returnable within 5 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and labels intact.
- The item must not have been altered in any way (including hemmed, trimmed, or customized).
- The item must be returned in the original packaging, if applicable.
Please keep in mind that most of our items are customized because we are not a fast fashion brand and keeping large stock of items have not worked well with our business model. Most items are made upon order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized items (e.g., monogrammed bridal robes).
- Sale or clearance items.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Any items that are not in the original condition or have been altered in any way.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at Demilamarie@gmail.com within the applicable return window to request a return authorization.
- Return Authorization: After receiving your request, our team will provide you with a shipping instructions on how to return your item.
- Pack and Ship: Carefully package the item(s) for return, ensuring they are in their original condition. Ship the return using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Processing
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Demilamarie@gmail.com. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost, including return shipping.

8. International Returns
For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please be aware that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
